Ingredients
PUDDING
- 200g dark bread
- 100g milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon honey
SAUCE
- 100g cranberries
- 100g honey
- 100g red wine

1. Slice the bread into cubes and dip in a mixture of milk, eggs and honey. Let stand for about 1 hour. Then transfer the bread mixture to prepared baking tins and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
2. Make the sauce. In a pot, add all the required ingredients and cook for 30 minutes. Then blend the mixture and strain through a sieve.
