Ingredients
- 160ml gin
- 35ml lemon juice
- A handful of raspberries
- A handful of black currants
- 10g egg whites
- Two handful of ice cubes
Servings:1 Level: easy
1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake well, then pour the drink over the sieve and shake once again to build the egg white foam. Pour the cocktail into glasses.
Tips:
You can use either fresh or frozen berries to make this cocktail.
