Ingredients
- 4 black bread crisps
- 200g smoked salmon
- 12 red cherry tomatoes
- 8 yellow cherry tomatoes
- 8 radishes
- 4 small carrots
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- Salt, pepper
FOR THE LEMON DRESSING
- 2 lemons
- 50 g sugar
- 7 g salt
- 100 ml oil (using half sunflower and half olive oil)

1. Spread the bread crisp with the sour cream to avoid slipping and place on a plate.
2. Prepare the vegetables. Cut the tomatoes and radishes into halves. Cook the carrots for a few minutes in boiling water.
3. Place the sliced salmon and vegetables on the bread. Mix all the dressing ingredients and drizzle some of it over the sandwich. Season with salt and pepper.
