This is and Asian inspired cocktail with chilli peppers, lime and cucumbers.

- 100 g sake
- 2g fresh chilli pepper (4–5 slices)
- 50 g „Mirin” sauce
- 20 g cucumber, cut into slices or cubes
- 30 g lime juice

Place all of the required ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add the ice cubes and shake well to release all of the flavours. Fine strain the mixture into a glass with ice. You can garnish it with fresh chilli or cucumber slices.
Sake is Japan’s traditional alcoholic beverage. Often referred to as rice wine or rice vodka, sake is really more akin to a beer because of its brewing process.
