Ingredients
- 1l white wine
- 3 star anise
- 10 cloves
- 5 cinnamon sticks
- 3 vanilla pods
- 5 cardamom seeds
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Zest of 1 orange
- 200ml natural apple juice
- 3 teaspoons honey
- Orange wedges (as a decoration)

1. Heat the wine mixed with the spices but do not bring it to a boil. Remove from the heat and allow to rest for at least one hour, preferably overnight. Heat it just before serving and add the orange wedges.
