- 400 g beef
- Olive oil
- Handful of sea salt
- Handful of pepper
- 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
- Handful of hazelnuts, toasted and crushed
1. Marinate the beef with olive oil, thyme and rosemary before grilling. Place the beef on the grill rack and cook on the ceramic barbecue “Big Green Egg”. Whilst grilling, apply oil onto meat constantly. Grill for 12 minutes or until desired doneness. Allow to rest for about 5 minutes, then cut into smaller pieces.
2. Along with the pieces of meat, serve the relishes – salt, pepper, soy sauce and hazelnuts. Try with each garnish separate, then try the beef with all garnishes together.
This dish is meant to be shared between the entire group of friends. Each of you can try the meat with various garnishes, use them separate or combine. At the end of the meal you can discuss which combination each of you liked most.
