- 200g Halloumi cheese
- Your favourite lyophilized berries
- Preserved nuts
1. Place Halloumi cheese on a grill rack and cook on the ceramic barbecue “Big Green Egg” at 180°C for about 4-5 minutes.
2. Slice the cheese and garnish with your favourite lyophilised berries and a few preserved nuts.
3. Enjoy while the cheese is warm.
