Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 80g chocolate
- 60g hazelnuts
FOR THE CARAMEL
- 100g sugar
- 50ml water
- 20g butter
- A pinch of salt

1. Grill the unpeeled banana on the ceramic barbecue “Big Green Egg” until soft.
2. Make the caramel. In a saucepan melt the sugar, then add the water. Stir well. Add the butter and salt. Simmer until caramel is ready.
3. Serve the grilled banana with the caramel, toasted hazelnuts and chopped chocolate.
