- 60ml Yuzu fruit puree for cocktails
- 30ml green tea
- 280ml water
- Lime and lemon slices
- Lyophilized strawberries
- Ice cubes

1. In a big cocktail glass pour the Yuzu puree and green tea and add the ice cubes. Then add the lime and lemon slices on top and pour over the water. Sprinkle with the small pieces of lyophilized strawberries and stir briefly.
