Ingredients
- 200g puff pastry
- 10 fresh figs
- Icing sugar
- Ground cinnamon
FOR THE SAUCE
- 100ml Port wine
- 3 tablespoons guava syrup
- 50g currant jam

1. Roll the dough out, slice the figs and arrange them on the dough. Sprinkle with the icing sugar and cinnamon.
2. Make the sauce. Mix all the required ingredients and bring it to a boil. Pour the prepared sauce over the tart.
3. Bake the tart in an oven at 170° C for 30 minutes.
