Grilled fruit with biscuit crumbs


  • 2 peaches
  • 2 pears
  • 2 plums
  • 100g blue cheese
  • 200g biscuits
  • 50-60g butter
  • 20g sugar
  • Fresh berries

1. Cut all of the fruit into halves, place on a wire rack and fry either on a grill or over the campfire until soft.

2. Prepare the biscuit crumbs. Grind the biscuits. In a pan melt the butter together with the sugar and fry the biscuit crumbs for a short time.

3. Garnish grilled fruits with the biscuit crumbs, cheese and fresh berries. You can use any of your choice – raspberries, strawberries, blueberries or blackberries. You can add some fresh raspberry leaves as well.
