Trout tartare


  • 400g trout fillet
  • 30g chives
  • 50g cucumber
  • 10ml juice of lime
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
  • Herbs (dills, cilantro)

1. Cut the trout fillet into small cubes (up to 3 mm size), pour the olive oil and lime juice over the fish. Chop the onions and cucumber into small pieces, mix them together and top the fish with them. Season with salt, pepper and herbs and serve.
