The chef of this photoshoot says that every dish should consist of various different textures – smooth, crisp, spicy and sweet. That is why I am displaying these textures in my minimalist purified shots.
Vidas Banys from the “Daalder” restaurant in Amsterdam, who appeared in my project quite unexpectedly, is the one who inspires for such surprising food combinations. Some of Vidas’ recipes I have tried with my friends already. Now it is your turn to try!😊
