- 1 pc. curd cheese, 22% fat
- 50 ml white wine
- 6 g ground honey
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 40 g honey
- Wild strawberries/strawberries
1. Warm up spices, honey and wine to 65-70º C. Pierce the cheese and place in a plastic container with a lid. Pour over the warm marinade, cover with the lid and leave it in a fridge for two days.
2. Serve with mashed wild strawberries or strawberries.
