BREAD CRISP WITH SALMON

Ingredients

  • 4 black bread crisps
  • 200g smoked salmon
  • 12 red cherry tomatoes
  • 8 yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 8 radishes
  • 4 small carrots
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • Salt, pepper

 

FOR THE LEMON DRESSING
  • 2 lemons
  • 50 g sugar
  • 7 g salt
  • 100 ml oil (using half sunflower and half olive oil)

​1. Spread the bread crisp with the sour cream to avoid slipping and place on a plate.

2. ​Prepare the vegetables. Cut the tomatoes and radishes into halves. Cook the carrots for a few minutes in boiling water.

3. ​Place the sliced salmon and vegetables on the bread. Mix all the dressing ingredients and drizzle some of it over the sandwich. Season with salt and pepper.
