An easy to make sandwich is a great choice for the start of the evening with friends.
- 4 slices black bread
- 1 handful spinach leaves
- 500g red cabbage
- 200g apple
- 100g cranberries
- Thinly sliced air-dried beef (preferably bresaola)
1. Chop the red cabbage and apple and braise them for 45 minutes with the cranberries, stirring slightly from time to time. Season with the sea salt.
2. Thinly spread the bread with the butter. Lay the spinach leaves on the buttered bread and spread with the braised cabbage.
3. Add one slice air-dried beef on the top of each bread slice.
