An easy to make, light salad which combines the flavours of summer.
- Mixed salad leaves
- 4 radishes
- 8 cherry-tomatoes
- 2 figs
- 4 handful of blueberries
- 8 thin strips of matured beef Dolce Zero or any of your favourite matured or dry-aged meat
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt, pepper
1. Wash and dry mixed salad leaves thoroughly. Tear them up.
2. Slice the radishes, tomatoes and figs.
3. Place the mixed salad leaves and vegetables on a plate. Scatter a handful of blueberries and tear some matured beef on top. Season with some oil, salt and pepper according to you taste.
