- ½ pineapple
- 100g kale
- 250ml coconut milk
- 200ml pineapple juice

1. Peel the pineapple, remove the core and cut into cubes. Tear the kale into small pieces. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses.
