Make the crumb. In flowerpot-shaped glasses layer your favourite ingredients, such as apples, cinnamon and cream with crumb topping. Garnish with pea or sunflower sprout on the top. The dessert will look like the plant growing in a flowerpot and certainly will astonish your friends.
FOR THE BISCUIT CRUMB
- 200 g wheat flour
- 30 g cocoa
- 100 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 80 ml water
- 40 ml oil
1. Combine all of the ingredients until smooth and fluffy in texture.
2. Cover a baking tray with baking paper, press the dough to fit and bake in the oven at 170° C for 25 minutes.
3. When the biscuit is ready, allow to cool to room temperature and crush into crumbs.
