Seafood appetizer

Ingredients

  • 800g seafood mix
  • 100g celery root
  • 1 paprika
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 12 pcs. cherry tomatoes
  • 150ml full-cream
  • Salt, pepper

1. If using a frozen seafood mix first of all defrost it. Finely chop the celery root, cut the paprika into small pieces and crush the garlic.

2. In a pot heat the full-cream until boiling, then reduce the heat and add the seafood. Warm until the seafood starts to soften. Add the chopped celery, paprika, crushed garlic and leave it to braise, then add the halved cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Serve the appetizer on a plate. You can spice it up with a dash of good quality soy sauce.

You can make this appetizer even tastier with a few big shrimp. Simply braise them along with the rest of the seafood and vegetables for a few minutes.
