SHRIMP TACOS

This is a super easy dish which is fun to make and taste together with your friends.

Ingredients

  • 8 shrimps
  • 4 tortillas

FOR THE PICO DE GALLO SALSA
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ jalapeno
  • ½ onion
  • Lime juice

 

FOR THE GUACAMOLE
  • 1 avocado
  • Lime juice
  • Salt

1. Prepare the tomato salsa. Chop all the ingredients into small cubes and fry for a few minutes in a pan. Then add the shrimps to the same pan and fry them for a few minutes. Squeeze the lime juice on top.

2. Prepare the guacamole. Mash the avocado and season with lime juice and salt.

3. Put the shrimps and tomato salsa on tortillas and garnish with guacamole.

You can mix the mashed avocados together with the tomato salsa right away. Choose any shrimps you like – either bigger or smaller – for this dish. However, the best choice is fresh and uncooked shrimps. If you decide to choose smaller shrimps, you would need more than 8 for this dish.
