Light and fluffy curd cheese doughnuts taste even better if you try them with sweet caramel.
Ingredients
- 500g curd cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 45g sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon rum
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 200g sifted flour
- Olive oil to fry doughnuts
- Jar of caramel

1. Mix the ingredients for the doughnuts well, then using your hand or a spoon, form the dough into balls.
2. Fry them in the hot olive oil.
3. Enjoy doughnuts by dipping them in the caramel.
