FRUITS WITH MASCARPONE CREAM

A tasty dessert which you can alter depending on the season. During winter you can use exotic fruits whilst in summer you can replace them with fresh Lithuanian berries.

Ingredients

FOR THE CREAM:
  • 500g Mascarpone cheese
  • 20ml heavy cream (30 proc. fat)
  • Vanilla pod or essence
  • Few tablespoons honey
  • Pinch of cardamom powder

FOR THE FRUITS:
  • 1 mango
  • 5 kiwifruits
  • 1 dragon fruit (pitaya)

Servings:4-6Level:easy

1. Pour the heavy cream into the mascarpone cheese, add the vanilla essence and honey and stir together well. Spoon the cream into the bowl and sprinkle with a pinch of cardamom powder.

2. Cut all of the fruit into strips or small pieces. Place on a plate or bowl.

3. Dip the fruit strips into the mascarpone cream and enjoy.

You can replace exotic fruits with Lithuanian berries in summer. For example, strawberries or raspberries.
