- 800 ml milk
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Vanilla, cinnamon
- Marshmallows

1. Make the hot cocoa. In a small saucepan pour the milk, add the cocoa powder, sugar and spices. Heat it until cocoa and sugar are dissolved. Do not boil to prevent the formation of milk skin.
2. Serve the hot drink in cups topped with marshmallows.
